Who is eligible to participate in the nomination process?
 

Only MCS alumni who completed both of the following are considered active members in good standing and eligible to participate:

1. Registered with the MCS Alumni Network

2. Participated in the recent poll on the proposed amendments to the MCS Alumni Organisation By-Laws, which closed on 15 August 2026
    

If you did not complete both steps before the poll closed, you are not eligible to participate in the Board of Trustees nomination process or the final election of the Board of Trustees.
 

If eligible, please nominate a minimum of 3 and up to 6 alumni whom you believe should be considered for the next MCS Alumni Board of Trustees. This is the nomination stage only. It is not the final election.

NOTE:  Election Committee members are not eligible for nomination or election to the Board of Directors / Trustees to ensure an independent and impartial election process. This applies to: Consuelo "Connie" Llanto (B1971), Christina "Nina" Serrano (B1980), Marilou "Malou" Gesilva (B1980), Joy Deanon (B1984), and Gemma Batoon (B1982).

All nominations will be reviewed for eligibility, consolidated, and confirmed by the Election Committee before the final list of candidates is released for voting.
