To celebrate 100 years of Malate Catholic School, over 1,300 alumni came together in one unforgettable reunion. From that single act of unity, something lasting was born - a 99kw solar power system now energizing the MCS Main Campus. A Grand Gift: The Chase Hackley Piano Takes Center Stage in the Cardinal Sin Gymnasium
The Chase Hackley grand piano just landed on its new home - the renovated stage of the Cardinal Sin multi-purpose gymnasium hall. Donated by Mr. Gaudi Ponce of Class 1964 on behalf of the Ponce Family who are all proud Malateans. We will be hearing its beautiful music on February 28, 2026 when the MCS musical talents will be displayed during their much awaited annual concert. Abangan... Marami pong salamat.

Empowering Education with Solar Energy Through MCS100 Alumni Contributions
99KW Net Metered with Meralco. Thanks to our more than 1200 alumni members who attended and supported MCS100 in 2016-17, our Alma Mater now enjoys the power of the sun. Through the generous sponsorship of MCS100 Sunshine Sponsors, we donated the 30% equity for the purchase of a 99KW solar panel system.
